| As the appreciation education philosophy is people’s extensive concern,whether in the family or at school found children flash point,with rewards to infant’s good behavior are affirmed and strengthened,parents and teachers often use the means of education.Reward in early childhood education,its unique role can stimulate childhood interest in learning,cultivate good habits,and enhance self-efficacy;improper reward will make the childhood internal motivation is weakened.So the kindergarten teachers in the collective teaching activities is because what reward children,reward in the form of what,how rewards,understand the situation of kindergarten teacher award explore the appropriate reward is the focus of this study.This study is to shift the teacher in a kindergarten in Dalian as the research object,the shift of teachers in the collective teaching bonus event of non participant observation,through the collation of observation data,respectively from the faculty reward object and forms of reward,reward opportunity,reward orientation and performance award five aspects,in the collective teaching activities in reward for the shift of teacher application status were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for teachers to use incentive strategies in collective teaching.Study found that the shift of teachers in the collective teaching activities in reward the behavior has the following several aspects: reward teachers ignore the individual differences;reward form is too single;reward gender preference;reward orientation of knowledge learning;ignore reflection on the incentive effect.Researchers to shift the teacher collective teaching activities,winning excitation using existing problems,put forward the following suggestions: first,the teachers should pay attention to childhood individual differences;second,teachers should pay attention to the diversification of forms of reward;third,incentives to excited about childhood intrinsic motivation;fourth,reward orientation to comprehensive;fifth,incentive effect to timely reflection. |
