This article is based on natural astaxanthinas the research object, through natural astaxanthin in combination with swimming, studyoxidative stress effect on kidney of rats. According to different groups, to take in rats serumand kidney tissue fluid, test out the exhaustion time in rats and antioxidant relatedindicators, discusses natural astaxanthin exercise capacity in rats, the influence of oxidativestress ability, for application of natural astaxanthin in sports field, the anti-oxidation effect,improve the effect of functional aspects of the development to provide theoretical support.Research methods:Experimental animals choose80only seven weeks of healthy male SD rats, randomlydivided into4groups, namely the control group (C), exercise group (T), taking naturalastaxanthin group (M), sport+natural astaxanthin (TM) set. The adaptive feed for threedays, excluding motions of rats, each group of the remaining16only. Taking naturalastaxanthin group (M) group and exercise+natural astaxanthin (TM) rats by gastricastaxanthin, respectively,400mg/kg, the control group (C) and exercise group (T),respectively, to fill the stomach an equal amount of vegetable oil. M group compared with group C: quiet condition, SOD, MDA, CAT and GSH-Px,BUN, Cr content did not change significantly. Exhaustion state, the exhaustion of rats weresignificantly prolonged, SOD, CAT and gsh-px increased, MDA, BUN, Cr contentdecreased, all have significant difference.3. the TM group compared with group C: quiet condition, higher SOD, CAT and gsh-pxcontent, MDA content, reduced all have significant changes, Cr, BUN has significantchanges; Exhaustion state, the rat is very significant to extend exhaustion time, SOD, CATand gsh-px and content increased, the MDA, BUN, Cr content is reduced, have verysignificant changes.4. the TM group compared with group T: quiet condition SOD, CAT and gsh-px and MDA,BUN, Cr were no significant difference; Exhaustion state, the rat is very significant toextend exhaustion time, SOD content increases, has a very significant difference, CAT andgsh-px content increased, the MDA, BUN, Cr content decreased, all have significantchanges.5. TM and M group comparison: quiet condition, SOD, CAT and gsh-px content increases,all have significant changes, MDA, BUN, Cr had no significant change. Exhaustion state,the exhaustion of rats were significantly prolonged, SOD, gsh-px and content increases, BUN, Cr content has decreased, there are significant changes, the MDA was extremelysignificant difference, the CAT there was no significant difference.Research conclusions:1. The incremental load swimming training can significantly reduce the quiet state of ratrenal lipid peroxidation level, the exhaustion exercise could improve the renal functiondecline, improve the level of exhaustion exercise the body’s resistance to oxidative stressand athletic ability, the exhaustion exercise caused oxidative stress has a significantcushion;2. Taking natural astaxanthin of quiet state have no obvious effect on rat renal oxidativestress level, but can significantly improve the level of exhaustion exercise kidneyantioxidant stress and athletic ability; Reduce exhaustion exercise renal lipid peroxidationdamage and improve sports ability, to caused a decrease in the level of kidney functionexhaustion movement has a certain protective effect;3. The movement take natural astaxanthin can significantly improve the quiet state in therat kidney antioxidant ability, athletic ability and the level of kidney function, reduceoxidative damage, its role in the condition of exhaustion is more outstanding.4. The incremental load swimming exercise, take natural astaxanthin, sport+naturalastaxanthin could improve exercise ability of rats, strengthen kidney exhaustion exerciseimmediately antioxidant capacity, improve the kidney function decline, reduce renaloxidative damage.
