ObjectiveAccording to SD rats by gavage of natural astaxanthin, a combination ofquantitative load swimming training, to observe the effect of natural astaxanthincreatine of swimming rat blood kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, skeletal muscle tissuesuperoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, totalantioxidant capacity, the sodium pump and calcium pump and motor ability inswimming training, explore the process of natural astaxanthin supplement on skeletalmuscle tissue antioxidant, improve the sports ability. Lay the theoretical foundation andpractical significance for development and application of natural astaxanthin in sports,in order to improve exercise capacity, actively looking for new methods of recoveryafter exercise training.Research methodsSelect healthy male SD rats aged7weeks old were64. Rats fed for three days,three days were randomly divided into4groups: control group, exercise group,medication group and exercise medicine taking group, each group according to theexecuted state was divided into two subgroups: quiet death group and exhaustiveexercise immediate group. The treated group and the control group were gavaged dailymovement of natural astaxanthin, a dose of400mg/kg. The exercise group and exercisemedicine taking group progressive load swimming exercise for6weeks, weekly restday. The end of the6weeks after swimming exercise training,exhaustive rats were4%weight loading exhaustive swimming rats, the blood of creatine kinase and lactatedehydrogenase were measured, the content of skeletal muscle tissue superoxidedismutase, malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, total antioxidant capacity,the sodium pump and calcium pump, and record the rats in each group after exhaustiveswimming time. All test data by SPSS17.0statistical software package processing,average, standard deviation, and analysis of variance, significant standard for P <0.05,P <0.01extremely significant. Determination of all the indicators are strictly accordingto the operation manual kit.Research results1. Comparison between each index of rats under the quiet put to death condition:comparison of LDH and CK in blood, compared with CR group, TR group and TMR group were significantly increased. Skeletal muscle tissue, comparison of SOD,compared with CR group, MR group increased significantly, TMR was significantlyincreased. Comparison of MDA, compared with CR group, MR group decreasedsignificantly, TMR group were significantly decreased. Comparison of SOD/MDA,compared with CR group, MR group increased significantly, TMR group was increasedsignificantly. Comparison of CAT, compared with CR group, TR group and MR groupwere significantly increased, TMR group was increased significantly. Comparison ofGSH-PX, compared with CR group, TR group and MR group were significantlyincreased, TMR group was increased significantly. Comparison of T-AOC, comparedwith CR group, TR group and MR group were significantly increased, TMR group wasincreased significantly. Comparison of Na+-K+ATP enzyme, compared with CR group,MR group increased significantly, TMR group was increased significantly. Comparisonof Ca2+-Mg2+ATP enzyme, compared with CR group, TMR group, MR group and TRgroup were significantly increased.2. Comparison between the index of rats in each group under the exhausted immediatelyexecuted condition.: comparison of blood under the condition of LDH, compared withCE group, TE group increased significantly, TME group were significantly decreased.Comparison of CK, compared with CE group, TE group increased significantly, groupTME were significantly decreased. Conclusion of the study1. To supplement the natural astaxanthin can protect skeletal muscle cells from freeradical attack, protective function, structure and the integrity of the cell membrane.2. To supplement the natural astaxanthin or swimming training can improve theoxidation resistance of skeletal muscle tissue under different conditions, showed thatastaxanthin could inhibit skeletal muscle lipid peroxidation, increase the oxidationresistance, effectively reduce the free radical damage.3. To supplement the natural astaxanthin or swimming training can improve the ratsimmediately after exhaustive state in the skeletal muscle of Na+-K+ATP enzyme andCa2+-Mg2+ATP enzyme activity, the skeletal muscle metabolism in a relatively stablestate. Ensure the contraction and relaxation of skeletal muscle of normal, improveexercise capacity. Simply add astaxanthin effect is better effect.4. The supplement natural astaxanthin with swimming training to improve the index ofblood and skeletal muscle activity, reduced the production of free radical, protect thebody from free radical damage, than simply add astaxanthin and simple swimmingtraining effect is more obvious.5. To supplement the natural astaxanthin can prolong the time of exhaustive swimmingexercise, synergistic effect is more obvious along with the training for6weeks, It canimprove rats’the exercise capacity.
