This paper is based on the People’s Education Press(referred to as "RenJiao edition "),Jiangsu Education Press (referred to as "Su Jiao edition"),Shanghai People’s Education Press (referred to as "Shanghai Education Press"),Hubei People’s Education Press(referred to as "the teaching edition"), BeijingNormal University Press ("the edition of Beijing Normal University"),Shandong People’s Education Press (referred to as "Shandong edition ") thecomparative study of six different editions of Chinese Textbooks in middleschool, They describe respectively from three parts: Taking proud of ourcountry and fighting for our homeland, the second part is speaking highly of theheroes, the last but not the least part is passing on the historical heritage ofculture. some problems which should be paid attention to the patriotic themeteaching under the new curriculum standard. The patriotic theme is extensiveand wide, through teaching the patriotic educational text, it can inspire and trainstudents’ the feelings of loving motherland.Patriotic themes in middle schoolChinese teaching materials is very rich and profound, the editors may havemade great efforts. in addition to the use of those classic articles, teachers stillcan choose extra curricular articles, when we talk about the patriotic education,we should pay attention to the following aspects: firs-t, let students understandthat when they are students, they must pay great attention to study, when theyare successful,they can do contributions to the country, this is the best way ofloving the motherland. Second, pay attention to choose rational patriotic articles.Patriotism is not guilty, but patriotic also must be carried out according to law.Patriotism is not the illusory slogan, it needs to respect the other people’sproperty rights and the maintenance of public order. Third, during teaching thepatriotic theme, teacher should train students’ responsibility for the motherland.Every generation has their own responsibility. We should put the patrioticenthusiasm into progressive mental power; They should study hard and determine to become useful persons. Patriotism must stand on solid ground,avoid empty talk. To express their love of the motherland, they can work andstudy hard in the daily life. If each textbook version can add some morepatriotic articles, it will be closer to the students’ lives and more conducive tostimulate or cultivate their patriotism. When Teachers teach the themes ofpatriotism, they should carefully choose abundant articles, excavate fully thedeep connotation of the excitation or culture, stimulate and develop the positivepatriotism of the youth, each person should contribute light and heat to therejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This thesis consists of the introduction,"three chapters" and conclusion.
