The Current Situation Research And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Campus Football In Jiangxi Province

In 2009,the nationwide campus football work began its official start.In 2014,the State Council convened a nationwide TV and telephone conference for youngsters on campus football.After the meeting,the Ministry of Education began to assume major duties and became the leader of the national youth campus football.In the past three years,the Ministry of Education of Jiangxi Province and the Campus Football Task Force have actively responded to various national calls and conscientiously implemented the policies of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the development of campus soccer.During the three-year campus football reform period,they have achieved a series of Results.Among them,a large number of campus football competitions and teacher training have been carried out on the basis of the construction of a national campus soccer school.However,when the reforms achieve achievements,problems will inevitably arise.What kind of situation is the development of campus football in Jiangxi Province now? Are there some problems in development? In order to solve these problems and fully understand the status quo of Jiangxi campus soccer development,The author took the campus football special schools in Jiangxi Province as the research object,and completed the paper on the basis of full investigation and expert interviews.This article first collates the studies made by predecessors.Based on this,it uses literature review method,questionnaire survey,interview,and mathematical statistics method to fully understand the current situation of soccer development in Jiangxi Province.In the results and analysis,this paper first divides the development of the project into three stages: preliminary understanding stage,initial trial stage and rapid development stage.In the analysis and research on the status quo,this article elaborates on two aspects: the structure of campus football teachers in Jiangxi Province is more reasonable,and there are more young and middle-aged teachers;the construction of the school football team is highly effective and the campus football activities are steadily carried out.Through analysis,it points out the problems in the development of campus football in Jiangxi Province:lack of professional football teachers;lack of football venues;lack of funding guarantees,and a single source;lack of school and parents attention;utilitarian(gold standard)ideology is serious;formalism issue is serious.Through investigation,it was found that these problems are the biggest problems affecting the development of soccer on campus in Jiangxi Province.Finally,in response to these issues,this paper proposes the following solutions: increase master training and improve training quality;broaden funding sources,ensure the steady progress of grassroots football activities;adjust measures to local conditions,speed up football stadium construction;increase supervision and inspection,strengthen the emphasis on school and parents and create good external environment,and suppress utilitarianism.
