Higher education in China has become more and morepopularized with unprecedented prosperity, and increasingattention has been given to postgraduate education. In recentyears the extension of law major graduate has become the focus;however, we have attached too much emphasis on impartingtheoretical knowledge in law education instead of combining itwith law occupation practice, thus making it difficult to formthe fundamental qualifications for law occupation. ComparingMaster of Laws and Juris Master, we find that graduate educationof law major still exist many problems and defects. Thus reformis an urgent need for national economic and social developmentand for improvement in postgraduate education; it is theinevitable demand of law education in a law-ruled society, andshould be the characteristic of China-style legal education.In this paper, the system is divided into eight parts, asfollows:The introduction part of graduate education of law researchbackground, research significance, domestic and foreignresearch present situation analysis, research content, andresearch methods and technical route, the paper’s features andinnovations are discussed.The first chapter is Education Review of legal research inChina, is divided into six parts. The first part mainlyintroduces the legal graduate education goals and objectives;the second part introduces the origin of master of law andmaster of law; the third part introduces the concept andcharacteristics of master of law and master of law; the fourthpart introduces the basic difference between the master of lawand master of law; the fifth part introduces the master of law and master of law education development; the sixth partintroduces the main problem in the current law graduateeducation existence.The second chapter is training objectives, master of lawand master of law of necessity, is divided into two parts. Thefirst part is the introduction of training target master masterof law and law; the second part is the necessity of cultivatinglaw graduate students.The third chapter is the comparative master of law andmaster of law admission conditions, is divided into two parts.The first part is the introduction of the qualifications fordifference; the second part is to introduce the entranceexamination of different.The fourth chapter is the comparative training mode ofmaster of law and master of law, is divided into five parts.The first part is the comparison of training mode of master oflaw and master of law; the second part is the comparison in thecultivation of master of law and legal research ability; thethird part is the comparative research requirements; the fourthpart is the master of law and master of law culture presentsituation; fifth part is the master of master of law and legalcharacteristics gradually weakening.The fifth chapter is the comparative master of master oflaw and legal employment pattern, is divided into three parts.The first part is the comparison of employment; the second partis the comparative study for a doctoral degree; the third partis the two employment assimilation trend.The sixth chapter is perfect idea of master of law andmaster of law education is divided into four parts. The firstpart is the comparison and reference of foreign studentseducation of law reference; second part is a general way for education reform law graduate; the third part is the thinkingand measures of reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanismof talents; the fourth part is the thinking and measures of thetalents cultivation mechanism reform law. Demonstrates how toimprove the reform and development of graduate education ofmaster of law, master of law and law.The last part is the conclusion.
