Study On The Academic Moral Anomie Of Students’ In Universities And Colleges

Academic morality is the basic guarantee for the healthy development of academy, is one ofthe essential conditions for academic and scientific innovation. Construction of academicmorality is bound to be strengthened in order to reduce the anomie of academic morality andprotect rights and benefits of academy. Creating a favorable environment for the developmentof academy which is healthy and orderly is directly related to the promotion of current andlong-term strength of scientific research and capability of innovation. Prime Minister Likeqiang said:“people are the most critical element of scientific innovation. The governmentshould strengthen the application and protection of intellectual property rights and strikeseverely acts of infringement and counterfeiting. Thus, the legitimate rights and interests ofinnovators can be protected practically.” However, in transitional period of high-speeddevelopment of present society, anomie of academic morality emerges in colleges anduniversities which are regarded as leaders of the human ethics and disseminators ofcontemporary civilization. That raises questions and worries about academic and moralstandards in the society.The research on academic morality anomie is an important topic in the field of highereducation. This paper carries out the study of empirical data aiming at conditions of academicmorality of students’ in universities and colleges with graduates, undergraduates of JilinUniversity, Changchun University of Technology, Jilin Agricultural University, Jilin TaxationUniversity, Jilin Architecture University, Changchun University of Traditional ChineseMedicine, Changchun University, Changchun Normal University and etc. being respondents.The questionnaire survey is carried out from four perspectives of general information about therespondents; whether respondents themselves exists academic morality anomie; whether thepeople around respondents exist academic morality anomie; universal degree of academicmorality anomie among the graduates and undergraduates in those schools. The paper makesa comprehensive and systematic analysis on the effects and evaluation of the construction ofacademic morality by observing the acts of academic morality anomie among the universitystudent groups. It also puts forward feasible countermeasures against the governance ofacademic morality anomie and provides theoretical basis and empirical support for formulatingeffective strategies of construction of academic morality.The paper enriches the study of academic morality anomie theoretically. It is beneficial tothe healthy development of academic environment of universities; it is beneficial to theconstruction of academic groups and promotion of innovative ability; it is more beneficial tocredibility construction among students in colleges and universities.
