Study On The Academic Morality Construction Of Master Degree Students In The Academic Ecology Horizon

Academic morality is the guarantee of maintaining normal academic activities and promoting the healthy development of academic cause.In order to carry out scientific research activities,master degree students must follow the academic ethics,which relates to the image of the academic community and the development of the education business.For a long time,the Chinese master degree students as the main body of learning knowledge and doing scientific practice,they has abide by the academic ethics consciously.But in recent years,various violations of academic moral anomie phenomenon occurred in master degree students frequently,according to the academic moral anomie behaviors in the new period,it is imperative to improve the academic level of master degree students and strengthen their academic moral construction.This study uses the academic ecology perspective,combs the ecological system theory and education ecological system theory,and then defines the concept and structure of academic ecology.This study explains the structure and concept of academic morality construction in the academic ecology horizon,from the academic subject,academic environment and academic object three dimension.This study uses the method of questionnaire investigation and interviewing to mining the relative elements of academic moral construction of master degree students.By means of the ecology theory,this study provides targeted countermeasures to optimize the academic morality construction of master degree students,from three aspects,which is cultivating the academic morality of master degree students,developing the academic atmosphere and updating the academic regulations.Based on the summary,this study offers there countermeasures,that is,improving the academic morality ecology of master degree students,constructing the academic cultural ecology and perfecting the academic political ecology,in order to build an academic ecosystem and promote the virtuous cycle of vertical academic prosperity.
