Research Into Constructing College Students’ Cultural Community

Since the enrollment expansion in China’s higher education in1999, universities havesprung up. To create a good educational environment, is one of the important measures toenhance the quality of talent and competitiveness in colleges and universities. So constructingcollege students′cultural community is put on the agenda. In view of this, the paper basedpedagogy, cultural and sociological theory, and applies document analysis, comparativeanalysis and other methods to create depth theoretical study in college students’ culturalcommunity.This paper studies the general theory of college students′cultural community, clarifies therelationship between the general student community college and college student′culturalcommunity, reveals features and functions of the college students′cultural community andanalyzes system architecture in college students′cultural community. By analyzing theexistence of common problems and their causes in the process of building in college students′cultural community and learning from the experience of foreign students’ cultural communitybuilding, this paper proposes target, principles, content, ways, security system and evaluationsystem in college students′cultural community，in order to build a strong adaptable theoreticalsystem in college students′cultural community. This paper, which studies on construct collegestudents’ cultural community, has great reference value in scientific development and culturalmission in colleges. Also it provides constructive comments and suggestions for the currentprogress of the rapid development of higher education and college community construction.
