Cultural Integration In The Shanghai International Community Development

With more than 30 years China's opening up and development, Shanghai is rapidly integrating into the global network, building an international metropolis is an inevitable choice. In the process into an international metropolis, a large number of foreign people choose to come to Shanghai to work and live, they not only bring the capital of promoting economic development, advanced technology and management concepts, as well as multi-culture. How to build and develop the international community to realize cultural fusion of the local and foreign residents, is presented to us as a new topic.The author starts with analyzing backgrounds and the advantages of the international community's development, outlines the current status of Shanghai, extracts and analyses the survey data of Gubei Community and Lujiazui Riverside Community of Pudong, and points out that because of the missing geopolitical sense in heterogeneous environments, diverse needs, different cultural values and different community management systems, multi-culture has difficulties in fusion. In the end, from the perspectives of the implementation of community management, the author concludes with optimizing the quality of community service, enhancing the level of community education, building the cultural exchange platforms, promoting community self-governmen, to effectively improve the community satisfaction, sense of identity, belonging sense, sense of responsibility of the international residents and cultural fusion as a result.
