It is easy to ignore that the dress of teachers in school every day. This paper mainlyresearch the status of teachers’ dress and their impact on students’ growth, and using Jprimary school in Lanzhou as study object, This paper aims to show the true status ofteachers’ dress, to analyze the impact of the teachers’ dress on students’ growth, and tosupplement the role and status of teacher’s dress in in the school aesthetic. Theoretically,this paper analysis of the understanding of beauty, basically interpret the role of beauty ingrowth of students and found that teachers dress have influence of understanding beautyand aesthetic. By deeply research on J primary school, I use qualitative research methodsas a guide and a variety of methods to gather information. The survey found that mostteachers are recognize the teachers’ clothing impact on student, but in the actual work, isfor facilitate the work. It’s show on questionnaire that students are satisfied on the currentstatus of teachers’ dress. But found many students in the interview is not very fond ofteacher’s clothing, mainly because students are not mature, they have a strong resistanceto the teacher. Interviews also found that many students I hope teacher can wear neat toschool. Parents find teaches’ clothing have big influence on aesthetic and habits. Forthose who wearing exposure, fancy dress are more offensive. After a comprehensiveanalysis of the material, we can get the conclusion of the teachers’ clothing have animportant impact on students’ attention, teacher-student relationships, habits, studentsafety and aesthetics. Major problems of the teachers’ clothing status are incompletelyevaluation and monitoring mechanisms, lacking of teacher training, a weak sense ofteacher education. The main reason of which is the limited of the environment, shouldimproved the concept of individual teachers and the dual personality of teachers.Therefore, we propose to improve the relevant laws and policies, improve theenvironment and enhance teachers’ personal sense. We hope that by strengthening theseareas to construct a reasonable teachers’ clothing and to show education function byteachers’clothing, so that students can try them best develop overall.
