The new interactive and narrative of electronic game make tens of millions ofplayers got aesthetic experience that can be comparable with the real world, with thedevelopment of technology, the meaning of the game got deeper and deeper, videogames has reached alarming proportions, and even been called the "Ninth Art." In thispaper, the definition and classification of video game art, analyzes the basiccharacteristics of the art of video games, electronic games and explore the narrativemode on this basis, to enrich the electronic game theory has practical value for thedesign of electronic game story.Electronic Arts video game technology as a product of human imagination andintegration, with the basic characteristics of works of art, that image, subjectivity andaesthetics. We must also see that not all games can be called the art of video games,and only capable of carrying the developer to think about life and inspire the playerspsychological resonance, so that players have some perception of video games can becalled electronic games art. The focus of this study, namely, electronic game artnarrative mode, deeply rooted in the basic characteristics of video games: Multipleinteractive mode including players and computer interaction, players and playerinteraction, interaction, players and games; virtual reality, human-computerinteraction, artificial intelligence, represented by technical; multi-immersion,interactivity and openness aesthetic narrative structure as the representative of artistry.By studying the basic characteristics of electronic games and combining largenumber of cases, the paper finally come to video games and narrative modes aredivided into two types: one is derived from a linear narrative mode narrative modes,including point-line narrative mode, branching narrative mode and mesh narrativemode; second is more present in the sandbox game that sandbox game narrative mode.Electronic Arts game no doubt has a narrative with traditional media narrativecomparable properties, and more free, more open, more interactive will be the ultimatedevelopment trend of video games in the future, combined with more innovativenature of human-computer interaction, electronic Arts game is bound to bring newimmersive human and aesthetic experience, and further enrich our spiritual life.
