Research On Xingjiang Civic Consciousness Of Xingjiang Teenagers In The Internet Culture

A good citizen consciousness is the spiritual force to promote social progress.As the hope of the future of a country and nation, citizen consciousness level ofadolescent is directly related to the success and failure of the socialist modernizationconstruction of our country. With the continuous development ofnetwork culture, people start to put more and more time in the cyberspace. As a way oflife, the internet has changed the traditional social intercourse.Xinjiang is located in the west of our country. It is a place where multi-ethnicand multi religious coexistence. It surrounds by certain capitalist countries whichgives Xingjiang a relatively complex social environment. Also, Xingjiang isconfronted with the penetration of the “three forces”. This situation sets a higherrequest to the Xinjiang civic education of young people.Internet culture has put a great influence on Xingjiang’s young people’s life. Onone hand, the internet culture awakens their main consciousness; enhances theirawareness of the rights; promotes their enthusiasm of the political participation. Onthe other hand, the internet culture also has the negative influence on the youngpeople. It weakens their sense of responsibility, legal awareness and evenmoral consciousness.In this paper, through analysis of the influence of internet culture on XinjiangYouth Civic Awareness, in order to make a better use of internet. The aim is tostandardize youth civic public concept, build mutual, harmonious ecologicalenvironment, and shape qualified and outstanding teenagers for society.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces thebackground, significance, research status at home and abroad. It also discusses thestudy difficulty, innovation and research ideas and methods. From the perspective ofthe internet culture, the second part mainly discusses the conception of internetculture and Xinjiang civic education of young people. It also talks about thesignificance of Xinjiang civic awareness construction to socialist harmonious societyand modernization, as well as the importance of Xinjiang Security and stability.According to the research results, the third part briefly analyzes the status ofXinjiang adolescents’ online activities. Focus on the positive and negative influenceof internet culture on Xinjiang teenagers. Based on the current situation of Xinjiangcivic awareness, the fourth part mainly discusses the importance of the internetculture construction and the approaches to enhance citizen consciousness of theyoung people in four aspects. They are the core role of school education, guarantee of the social environment, function of individual Self-examination and effect offamily environment.
