A Study On The Competency Of College Student Cadres

This paper’s aim and application is to assess the competences of college studentcadre characteristics using the questionnaire format. It also seeks to provide relativelyeffective theories, methods, and evaluation tools for the college student cadresselection, training, and assessment.This research is based on a literature review using interview method,questionnaire survey and some other methods to explore the possible factors ofcollege student cadres competence factors, and the study used the exploratory factoranalysis to the <questionnaire of college student cadres competence characteristics>of structure are discussed in this paper; Then according to analysis of the<questionnaire of college student cadres competence characteristics>, selected ofhigher and there was no significant difference of the factors by each group, as a"college student cadre competence characteristics evaluation questionnaire" testproject, and authorized <college student cadre competence characteristicsself-reported questionnaire> and <evaluation questionnaire of college student cadres>;Then exploratory factor analysis test data to generate ceremonial <college studentcadre competencies self-evaluation questionnaire> and <evaluation questionnaire ofcollege student cadres competence characteristics>. Finally, a test in view ofnanchang university student cadres characteristics will be given by using <collegestudent cadre competencies self-evaluation questionnaire> and <evaluationquestionnaire of college student cadres competence characteristics> and analysis ofthe current condition of the nanchang university student cadre competencecharacteristics, problems and reasons, and gives corresponding suggestions.Conclusion of this paper is as follows:First of all, the <college student cadre competence characteristics of self-evaluation questionnaire> and the <evaluation questionnaire of college student cadrescompetence characteristics> inclued five factors, a total of23for the final project, hasa good validity of the letter, which cloud use as a college student cadre competencecharacteristics test of measuring tool.
