But with the changeof economic development mode, higher education from elite education to masseducation changes, the traditional "one test for life " enrollment model has beendifficult to adapt to the economic development and people’s demand for education.2010"Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" topromote the admissions requirements of the reform of the examination system,strengthen high school proficiency test and evaluate the impact of the overall qualityof students’ role in college admissions, and gradually form a comprehensiveevaluation, Multiple admission examination and enrollment system, the provincescan develop programs proposed to carry out reform.To further implement the "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" and " long-term education reform and development plan, ZhejiangProvince (2010-2020)" spirit, deepen the reform of high school curriculum, betterselection and training of personnel. In2011the country’s first in Zhejiang Province,Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Normal University took the lead in theimplementation of the "trinity" comprehensive evaluation of admissions.
