Education in Madrasa is an important form of the Hui folk education, Thepropagation of religious belief, inheritance and transmission of religious practice,continuation and development of Hui nationality traditional culture, is mostly basedon education in Madrasa. Before the mosque education, the Muslim get mainstreamsocial identity in order to adapt to the living environment and, mainly to learn Chineseculture, while the traditional Islamic culture mainly by Arabs and their descendantswho inherit from father to son, following the way of family education. With themiddle of the Ming Dynasty political change in policy, foreign Muslim reduction aswell as the influence of the Chinese culture, appeared the serious crisis of faith theHui interior and lack of Islamic people the situation. In order to change this situation,in order to cultivate the religious people, inheriting the traditional Islamic culture forthe purpose of mosque education emerge as the times require.Hui has a large population in Pingliang, devout belief to Islam and also producesnational identity,this is related to the Islamic Education. Pingliang mosque educationin primary school, middle school, originally arranged University, suitable for differentage stages of Muslim learning, The content covers the tawhid, linguistics, the scienceof hadith, rhetoric etc., With the change of history, its form, teaching courses shouldbe changed from time to time, From new style education in the Republic of China,Chinese and Arabic study together, to the mode of education, learning contentdiversification. This paper is based on Islamic education, from the aspect of itseducational history, objective, content and and other aspects in different period inPingliang Hui mosque educational system, curriculum development, change,discussed the current situation, summarized the characteristics, problems andsolutions. The mosque education change process is not only a process of cultureinheritance, also has its own inherit function. Discuss the mosque education choiceand orientation of the Hui culture heritage,continuous innovation and acculturation. Inaddition, relics of Hui nationality is a reflection of real data of formation,development, evolution of the Hui and other related aspects, discusses the necessityand significance of the cultural relics protection, make suggestions for protection, inorder to better inherit the Hui culture.
