Tibetan students learning motivation of learning the second language is thefundamental guarantee of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching development。The studyof Tibetan primary students learning motivation of learning second language, willhelp us explore the important factors that affect Tibetan students in second languagelearning, which is helpful for the attribution analysis, and help us further put forwardeffective strategies for the improvement of the second language teaching and learningto improve the quality of education in the minority.This study took taking X primary school in Xiahe county, Gannan Tibetanautonomous prefecture as an example, based on attribution theory achievementmotivation theory and motivation theory, comprehensively and objectively investingthe present situation of Tibetan primary students learning motivation of learningsecond language, from the learning environment, analyzing influencing factors of thepresent situation.The research conclusion is as follows: there are abundant resources in Tibetannational minority areas, but those places are remote, economy is backward, the naturalconditions and the climate are bad also, besides, the regional population density issmall, and the people scatter here and there, so Chinese teaching level is not high as awhole, and the overall education situation is not optimistic; the influencing factors ofTibetan primary school students learning motivation of learning the secondlanguage in students’ personal is as follows: no setting up the reasonable values oflearning;learning interest is volatile, curiosity is not strong; the influencing factors ofTibetan primary school students learning motivation of learning the secondlanguage in the school is as follows: system of bilingual teaching does not match upwith the bilingual teaching; teachers strength is weak; the teaching material lack ofpertinence; measurement evaluation system is not reasonable; the bilingual teachingmode is sole; the Classroom interpersonal relation is remote; the influencing factors ofTibetan primary school students learning motivation of learning the second languagein the family is as follows: parents cultural quality is low, professional level is low,the single source of income, family economic pressure, etc; the influencing factors of Tibetan primary school students learning motivation of learning the second languagein the culture is as follows: religious culture shows restrictive function to Tibetanprimary school students learning motivation of learning Chinese language.In addition, this study in improving Tibetan primary school students learningmotivation of learning Chinese language also point out the correspondingcountermeasure, Mainly including: the local government should balance enhanceinvestment in education, introduce the foreign investment actively, improve theconstruction of school teaching facilities; to strengthen students’ ideologicaleducation, and cultivate the good learning values; to develop the students’ ability ofself-study, to arouse their interest in learning; to reform the school’s teaching systemto make it match up with the bilingual teaching; to Introduce teachers strength, tostrengthen the teacher training, to promote the construction of teaching staff; Tostrengthen the construction of teaching material, to develop the teaching material ofthe ethnic characteristics; to construct a reasonable assessment system, to play theexam as the role as the correct guidance; to innovative the teaching mode, to adopt theflexible and varied teaching methods; to create a good classroom atmosphere, topromote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students; to intensify thepropaganda of social distribution system, to promote the diversity of family financialsource, innovate old ideas further; to promote Tibetan culture and Chinese cultureblend mutually, to make the religious beliefs play a role as the correct guidance.
