With the coming of the era of knowledge economy, it is urgently required todevelop and perfect lifelong education system and form the learning society oflearning of the whole people and lifelong learning. Lifelong learning system isinseparable from adult education activities which is the key to establishing andperfecting the learning society.With today’s rapid development of information industry, education and teachingactivities have been into a new information age, in which education and teachingconcept, teaching organization form, teaching methods, designing and obtainingteaching resources, and teaching management are more or less influenced byinformation technology and have some changes. As for adult learners, due to the limitof personal time and energy in learning process, the intuition of environment ofmultimedia and the multidimensional nature of network environment have significantinfluence to adult learners when compared with traditional teaching means, whichcan help to promote adults’ learning motivation and improve learning effect to someextent.As the unit of human economy and society, enterprises play an important role ina person’s growth process, especially in the process of individual learning progress. Itwill be a kind of catalyst with high quality and promote the construction of thelearning society if enterprises can timely and reasonably guide and lead these naturalpersons who are the society cells.In this article, through carding and research of the related literature, the authorconsciously select the representative object of study-G company on the basis of acertain understanding of relevant theories of adult learning motivation, researchresults, and domestic and foreign research situation and trend. Through questionnaireinvestigation and observation, interviews and data analysis method, this thesis willanalyze the main factors of the adult learning motivation in informatization learningactivities organized by G company, discuss the influence degree of the adult learningmotivation, and finally give some suggestions for improving adults’ learning motivation under the informatization environment according to the analysis of thequestionnaires and the information-based teaching activities organized by G company.This thesis consists of six parts:The first part introduces research background, research significance, researchdesign, research methods, and research object and research content. In the second part,this thesis mainly reviews research situation of adults’ learning motivation abroad andthe domestic researches on information environment, and defines the relevantconcepts. Part three gives an introduction to the theoretical foundation andestablishment process of the basic survey framework, and confirms research variables.The forth part is the survey of the current situation about the influencing factors ofadults’ learning motivation, including the brief introduction of informatizationlearning activities organized by G company, sending questionnaires, data statisticsand analysis. Through the statistical analysis and the discussion, this part will sum upthe influence factors of adult learning motivation with five dimensions, discuss theinfluence degree that different individual characteristics in demography variablesaffect factors of each dimension. Through the above discussion, based on the actualsituation of G company applied informatization means in the process of organizingand training, part six puts forward some suggestions for promoting adults’ learningmotivation under the informatization environment.
