Therefore, the research on high school mathematics teachers of Linxia HuiAutonomous Prefecture as the research object, through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey, classroom observation, interviews, analysis of the current situationof high school mathematics teacher informationized teaching ability in ethnic minorityregions and the existing problems, the main influencing factors of senior high schoolmathematics teacher informationized teaching ability of national regional development,the high school mathematics teacher informationized teaching ability of national regionaldevelopment strategy.Through in-depth investigation and analysis, since the implementation of newcurriculum, high school mathematics teachers in minority area informationized teachingability has improved in different degree, but there still exist many problems to be solved:(1) the level of teachers: the majority of teachers teaching consciousness is weak; mostteachers capability of informationized instructional design and implementation is notstrong; teaching evaluation information to the overwhelming majority of teachers andreflection ability; teachers teaching research atmosphere is not strong.(2) the schoollevel: leadership attaches great importance to the teaching of information is not enough;to further improve the utilization of information teaching equipment rate; lack ofinformation corresponding teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism.(3) traininglevels: information technology teaching and training organizations unreasonable, trainingin the form of a single, lacking pertinence; evaluation mechanism of teaching training information is not perfect, neglected the multi-national area peculiar culturalbackground.Combined with the practice of education in ethnic minority areas, try to put forwardstrategies to improve the high school mathematics teacher informationized teachingability in minority areas and suggestions for improvement, including:(1) the level ofteachers: change the idea, strengthen information consciousness; a variety of measures toimplement, improve the information-based teaching design and implementation capacity;innovation, information technology to enhance the teaching evaluation and reflectionability.(2) the school level: departments linkage, the creation of excellent teachingenvironment; change the pre service teacher training program, enhance the future teacherinformationized teaching ability; construction of diversified teaching managementevaluation system and incentive mechanism.(3) training levels: extensive research,improve the teaching content of the training; bold attempt, training innovation teachingmode; work and pull together, perfecting the training evaluation system of theinformationized teaching. |
