With the rapid development of The Times and the changes of the information society has quietly but go to,in order to adapt to the new situation,people are constantly learning,improve their comprehensive qualities,so to form a good habit of autonomous learning,improve autonomous learning ability is particularly important,only in this way can not be eliminated by the society,to the era of information explosion.Traditional way of learning,pay attention to the student to the knowledge passively accept,has a strong dependence on teachers,ignoring the students' initiative,independence and cooperation.With the new curriculum and the deepening reform of the college entrance examination,to the lifelong development of students and all-round development,this requests us to actively explore new way of learning,classroom teaching high school students to change the present situation and problems of passive participation in learning,to explore a suitable students active development and favorable pattern of cultivating students' innovative spirit.And autonomous learning is an active,discovery,cooperation,to explore the way of learning,encourage students actively participate in class and exploration,exert students' main body consciousness,autonomy and practice ability,make students become the study master.In this paper,the high school students mathematics autonomous learning ability training in ethnic minority areas:taking linxia huimin autonomous prefecture as an example to do the research.Literature research in this paper are as follows:first of all,learn at home and abroad about the general situation of the study of students' autonomous learning ability training and theoretical basis;Second,high school students in national region questionnaire survey,interview and the part of teachers of mathematics,and the mathematics classroom observation,the present situation of the high school mathematics autonomous learning ability in ethnic areas,and teachers to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability of analyze the present situation and existing problems of;Finally,research conclusions,and put forward improving student mathematics ability of autonomic learning strategies and Suggestions.Through the survey of the students get the following conclusion:the high school students autonomous learning mathematics overall level is not high,the independent learning ability is low;Students' self consciousness is weak,not very good in combination with the practical situation of their own set yourself reasonable learning plans and goals;The students' learning motivation performance isn't strong,have confidence in their own learning,the failure due to their insufficient efforts,do not have good method,but believe they can learn.In mathematics learning strategy use,grasp good learning method,learning time management,as well as the selection of learning content is in danger;To check their own learning process monitoring and after-school reflection is not strong enough,but will take the initiative to adjust their own learning pressure and mood;Students think learning environment influence learning atmosphere is not strong,the relative lack of learning resources.For teachers to conduct interviews and classroom observation after get the following conclusion:the teacher's teaching idea is not new,the traditional teaching idea hasn't changed,teaching method innovation;No change of the role of teacher,take the student as the main body of concept of curriculum requirements,teachers dominate the classroom teaching is not very good implementation;Teachers' awareness of autonomous learning is not enough profound and comprehensive,but for autonomous learning hold positive attitude;At this stage there is no a set of complete new classroom teaching plan,don't know how to control the class,better to let the students to participate in the classroom,the students autonomous learning ability,teachers hope to more participate in training activities,a comprehensive study some new teaching theories,improve their level of theory and practice;When training students'mathematical ability of autonomic learning put forward some requirements for teachers and students and teachers cultivate students' autonomous learning ability in mathematics teaching problems.Finally promote students' mathematical ability of autonomic learning strategies:Change the teaching concept and teaching method of teachers;Teachers and students to build a harmonious and relaxed learning atmosphere;Students should change their learning attitude and clear learning purpose.Create problem situation to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning;Stimulate students' learning motivation,so that students have the motivation to learn;Focusing on the teaching and use of learning strategies,guiding students to conduct self-monitoring and reflection;Teaching should combine with students' life and effectively use the learning resources around them;Establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism to encourage students to learn.
