For school, to school management, requires the president through the functions of someorganization, planning, coordination and other activities, in order to realize the process ofschool goals. In the management, thecommunication is very important, directly determinesthe efficiency of school management. As the leader and the president of the school, theprincipaltask is to manage the school, good school development and management,andcommunication is one of the most important ability of headmaster in the school management.Firstly, from the theoretical level of communication related concepts, such as thedefinition of the connotation, function, mode of communication andcommunication ability,then expounds the specific structure of managementof primary and secondary schoolprincipals in the school of communication skills, including communication intention,communication object, determine the communication content, grasp the communicationfrequency, selection ofcommunication method, communication skills, analysis,communication effect.Starting from the empirical study, the questionnaire survey, the principal and the school on22primary school in Ningbo city of Yinzhou District’s600school school leaders, mid-levelcadres and the general staff conducted a questionnaire survey. Results show that, at presentthe primary schoolprincipals and staff communication in general, specific performance forthewillingness to communicate general, communication object, communication is relativelynarrow single content and method, communication frequency is not high, communicationskills are not skilled, eventually lead to communicationeffect is not significant.To explore the effect of primary school principal elements ofcommunicationdevelopment, and these elements from the correct understanding of the role ofcommunication, increase the willingness to communicate; distinguish betweencommunication object, enrich the content of communication;broaden the channels ofcommunication, increase the frequency of communication; comprehensive use of variousmeans of communication; to upgrade the overall communication skills; the establishment of newcommunication relationship and the efforts to eliminate seven aspectscommunicationdisorders and puts forward suggestions to enhance primary school principals communication.
