At present, English learning already a most popular major in china and also become a main subject in all different fields. English learning is more and more important in the kindergarten. They bring in a lot of English teachers to enlarge the teacher team. The English teacher team most is Chinese teacher. In big city, kindergarten brings in foreign teachers actively. The parents’ welcome foreign teachers join in the English teaching team. The foreign teacher can help children speak more purely, also can learn foreign culture..Introducing foreign teacher in kindergarten ready has been a trend in society, the new foreign teachers bring a fresh energy. They play a essential role in the teaching field. So the language or foreign teacher speaks as the mother language. Is there exist disadvantage? What is the advantage and disadvantage? This study is based on these questions. Researcher chooses three foreign teachers for case study on kindergarten activities.Two of three teachers come from American, and one come from Australian. The mother language is English. The research goes through field observations, video record, interviews with three foreign teachers to get a variety of information. According to analyze and conclude the teaching activities, reflect the true practice of foreign teachers’ class.According to use Flanders (1970) interaction analysis system divide the education communication into ten types. And from this two parts analyze the foreign teachers’ speech acts:the analysis of data and direct-impact speech act. And draw a conclusion those foreign teachers in common on speech more, not full of preparation, the short of using language. They trend to use right pronunciation, ask more questions, the words are full of inspiriting. Of course, three foreign teachers have different speech acts. Based on these findings that foreign teachers speech acts depend on the culture background, the time they live in china, teaching philosophy, and their own personality. Then the paper makes a few advices about foreign teacher introducing process, quality, and potential values.
