At present,most studied on the male kindergarten teachers are related to social factors, discussing about male teachers how to survive in kindergarten rather than to stay there and gain professional development.This study is based on male teachers' professional development issue. Started from teaching speech acts in kindergarten,researcher choose two male teachers for case study on kindergarten activities.The research goes through field observations,video records,and interviews with male teachers to obtain a variety of information of male kindergarten teachers' speech acts in teaching activities. After the analysis of the data,this article form to reflect the professional development of male teachers in the true practice of kindergarten education.In collective teaching activities of kindergarten,the male teachers' teaching speech acts can be divided into indirect-impact speech act and direct-impact speech act.From these two dimensions of analysis,researcher compares the two teachers with statistical data and teaching cases of their speech acts,and draw a conclusion that male teachers have something in common on the teaching speech acts.In the collective teaching activities,male teachers widely use explaining with strong logics.They pay more emphasis on emotional interaction between teacher and children,though children do not have a strong participation.They tend to use flexible teaching speech act,but lack for support.Their questions are limited and less inspiriting.Of course,the two teachers also have their own personalized features,such as different teaching speech acts strategy and attitude towards children.Based on these analyses and combined with interviews with the results of interview researcher find out that,the main impact factors of male teachers teaching speech act are the educational background of teachers,teaching philosophy,needs of kindergarten teaching activities,as well as personality characteristics of male teachers.Then the study of make a few suggestions about male teachers' speech act and professional development for reference.
