Education is to cultivate people’s social activities, speech is education existence. Teachers’ speech not only can reflect teachers teaching ability and the level of teaching, but also have great influence on the teaching effect.While teachers’speech are also a kind of important environmental factors that affect the learning and the development of children.As a teacher’s main education method, teacher’s speech have great influence on the early childhood thinking ability, language ability, aesthetic ability, communication skills and other aspects,it melt aesthetic, emotional and social culture as a whole.This study adopted the qualitative research method,based of describing current situation of teachers’ speech details and realities, and gradually reveal my research problems."What do the teachers say,how do they say,why do they say in the collective teaching activities? What role do teachers’ speech play?What types of these speech? What are their characteristic?"Aims of the research is to provide the fact and theoretical premise for expected research,to arouse educator thinking and to observe, analysis and reflect in the teachers’ speech act carefully, and then elaborates teachers’ speech direction.The research uses purposeful sampling method to select out nine collective teaching activities in the teaching experts contest of D Province as the object of the case study including of four big classes,two middle classes and three small classes. The methods of data collection mainly is observation method and interview method.Based on the data collection and analysis, I have extracted three field in the teacher’s speech:order management, knowledge transfer and emotional delivery. In the collective teaching activities,teachers use organization ceremony speech and discipline guide speech for establishing and keeping order;through speech of explaining knowledge, the speech of inspire the leading, and the speech of response evaluation, teachers implement knowledge transfer; in emotional communication and transmission process, teachers complete a variety of emotional change of role, at the same time,they express their expectations and requirements to children.Teachers’ speech of kindergarten language activity contest in D Pronvince showed the following characteristics:1.vivid, full of childlike language expressio n;2.knowledge transfer value orientation;3.the speech instrumentality, enthusias m and explicit emotional tendencies;4.language control and" accommodationist" trend. Kindergarten teachers’ speech should be considered from "Soliloquy" to " dialogue", from closing to opening, from instrumentality to humanism.
