With the continuous development of network technology and communication technology,"micro-blog"," micro-letters "," micro-film " and other new media are emerging, and now the time has been marked by "micro era " label. In this context, the "micro-class" word came into being. Compared with traditional teaching video resources, micro-lesson with dapper and focused, targeted, and many other advantages. Micro lesson not only cater to learners’attention mode "and follow the " micro requirements of the times, mobile learning, online learning, blended learning provides greater convenience, more fit actual needs of the majority of learners. So more and more micro-lesson has been the concern of educators and researchers. Currently on the micro-lesson study has made some research, but still in its infancy, literature micro lesson is still relatively scarce and single micro lesson resources are not enough rich.The purpose of this study is on the micro-lesson by reading the relevant literature, the observation and analysis of the practice of micro-development projects on the course, summed up the general process of micro-class design and development, basic principles and precautions for subsequent micro-lesson design and development of learning and teaching resources to provide suggestions for reference. This paper is divided into six parts on the micro teaching resources relevant content design and development of a detailed elaboration. The first part introduces the research background, research status, purpose and significance of the research topic and the research methods used to lay the groundwork for subsequent research. The second part of the micro-lessons and related concepts are defined and discussed the theoretical basis of the relevant micro-lesson. The third part of the domestic representative sites and micro-class competition works were analyzed and summarized the general flow of the design and development of micro-lessons, and precautions for the design and development of micro later teaching resources provided foreshadowing. The fourth part, select "CAI courseware design and production of an experimental project designed and developed a related series of micro-lesson. The fifth part of the design and development of a series of micro-lesson conducted a trial, and the trial of the problem through the questionnaire results, the micro-class video quality and other aspects of the investigation, data collection and analysis, draw some valuable conclusions and revelations. Part VI of the full text of the study are summarized and discussed.By study found that micro-lesson in large part to stimulate learners’interest and keep the attention of the learner in the learning process, but also for helping learners to understand and deepen their knowledge is also a considerable role. In addition, there are micro-lesson learners in improving the efficiency and ability of self-learning a role, but the effect is not very obvious. So,in the micro-lesson learning,to a certain extent,teachers need to guide learners to improve learning efficiency,and improve learners’the self-learning ability with other resources.
