Because of dapper and focused, and many other advantages, the micro- lesson has been concerned and researched by more and more educators, and how to design high-quality micro-lesson resources to meet the needs of digital students has became an important research topic in the field of educational resources.As located in the remoteness northwest of China, the level of economic development in Gansu Province is slow, philosophy of education is relatively backward, the information level of higher education has a big gap compared with the national average. How the status quo of higher educational micro- lessons resources in Gansu Province in the end look like, and either the existing colleges, micro- lessons to meet the needs of the micro-region learners? With this question, First, after a review of the relevant literatures, grasp the research and application status of microlesson at home and abroad, And combing the concept and features of micro-lesson, as well as the development methods and processes. Then, the author investigates the design and development situations of micro lessons and difficulties as well as demands of college teachers in Gansu through questionnaire. For a deeper understanding of the resource problems of colleges in Gansu Province, the author use content analysis, comparing micro-lessons in Gansu Province with The resources in Khan Academy and 5 minutes micro-lessons curriculum network, and summarize the shortages exist in Gansu micro-lessons. Finally, the author based on the problems and deficiencies of micro-lessons resources in Gansu Province, and reference on the excellent experiences in micro-lessons resource construction of domestic and foreign,and put forward increase the investment in micro-lessons construction, emphasize on top-level design and unified construction plan of micro-lessons, strengthen the training of micro-lesson design and development, specialize the developmentprocess of micro-lessons, complete the supporting resources, promote the construction by application and research, in total six strategies and recommendations to promote the design and development of micro-lessons resources in Gansu colleges, Providing theoretical and practical reference to the planning, development and application of micro-lessons in Gansu Colleges. |
