Effectiveness Research Based On System Theory For University Ideological And Political Education

The Ideological and Political Education(IDE) of university students is a verypractical system engineering. According to the systematic theory guiding the work ofIDE, is conducive to the integration of various resources, the formation of astrong system ability, enhance the effectiveness of education. From the system pointof view, a comprehensive study on IDE, function, influence on the effectiveness ofIDE of the elements and the effectiveness evaluation, is in urgent need of Ideologicaland political education theory and practice development.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, survey methods, combinedwith the investigation, analyzes the main problems existing in the basiceffectiveness, the current IDE；Based on the overall concept of the system, analyzeson the factors influencing the effectiveness of IDE, change the previous studiesonly analyze the social, school, family, students and other factors, provides a newperspective for the study of IDE. On this basis, Put forward the related theory with thesystem theory as a guide, ideological and political education on the effectivenessof the mechanism analysis，and explore the establishment of the system model. At thesame time, the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate, establish evaluationindex system. By choosing a university, evaluation of the IDE, compared with fuzzycomprehensive evaluation scores and the school IDE practice, found that the two arebasically the same, illustrates the evaluation index system of practicalvalue, have maneuverability and validity. Finally, from the perspective of thesystem, put forward the reflection on enhancing the effectiveness of the IDE.This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive study on IDE and politicaleducation, build operational evaluation system, as a theoretical reference, a positiverole to the enhancement of the efficiency of IDE.
