Special group of children as a special and weak difficulties encountered in the course of their growth and to integrate many exclusive, domestic current special education place children compared with the developed countries still have many gap, since1989, followed in the original trial in the country by the state education commission to carry out the work, special children group the compulsory education, improve the basic school enrollments have improved. But followed in the China’s current plight education quality object:on the one hand, the class teacher will only special children as a "digital" class students, only in the process of teaching, homework and examination of most ordinary students, for special children choose to ignore. Inside the class, on the other hand, as a kind of special children, often rejected by mainstream students in learning life even isolation. This group of special children enrollment and education quality remains to be improved.The author on the basis of practice experience and case interview information, in order to observe the Angle of social exclusion and social exclusion is through social exclusion theory research how to affect special children at school, and then explore the social exclusion of negative functions of the special group of children’s education. To deconstruct the social exclusion in practice, the social work intervention on children special before it is necessary to comb summarized the experience of special children and their families, for the social work intervention to find effective and scientific intervention point.Due to established fact of our country’s education system, change the unreasonable education system produced by the special social exclusion value within the professional social work, social work as a way of humanism, personal assistance, the author tries to case special children in the school of social work to alleviate social problems, to explore the special children this group needs to choose social work intervention service mode, trying to improve the education environment, special children form a special children’s social support system. The author applied in social work practice of special children "energized" mode to ease social exclusion, realize self energized can effectively encourage children special education environment, energized by self confidence and promote the development of special education for children’s physical and mental health.
