In the background of visual culture, the art plays an important role in the society. The function and contents of art education are richer than before. As a main form of artistic creation, space plastic exists in the art design area for a long time, which can be presented by many methods. For all the time,"plastic·presentation" and "design·application" are two important approaches to study space plastic in the school art course. The study process not only provoke students’thought and train their Aesthetic ability、Spatial intelligence and innovation ability during artistic creation, but also let students master techniques to use different materials during manipulative process.On the condition of school art course reform, it has important academic meaning to execute innovation of methods of space plastic elements learning for school art course, which also expands theory contents of art teaching. With further reform of school art course, there are new requirements for art langugelearning in the school art course standards. In Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards (Issued in2011), following items are presented:"Observation^recognition and comprehension:such basic plastic elements as lines, colors, space, mechanism...improve imagination and innovation consciousness." This reflects the importance of space plastic element and the related implementation of teaching is needed during art teaching practice.It is not enough to learn from the angle of plastic element due to the complexity of space for space plastic course. Presentation methods should be added into textbooks and school art course. Especially for different materials, transformation of different dimension plastic can result in different effects. Literature review, case analysis and solutions research are included in this thesis, which aim to resolve direct practical problems in teaching practice.
