Leisure, as a kind of cultural social phenomenon, has a profound impact on the people’s daily life, social structure and industrial structure. As the new generation of migrant workers who are vulnerable both in social identity and social gender, Dagongmei in service sector formed what kind of leisure lifestyle? Whether or not there is any logic in their practice of leisure life, which would cause the reproduction of their weak position? In order to explore these questions, in this study, Giddens’ Structurization Theory is used as analysis tool, depth interview and observation method are the main research methods, Dagongmei in Beijing service sector are taken as the subjects of the study. The following statement summarizes several findings.Firstly, Dagongmei’s leisure life style is shown in the several aspects: They follow the special order of leisure time and possess marginalized leisure space. Their leisure activities are dominated by individual and self-sufficient activities, and manifest the trend of the public taste. They focus more on the physical consumption than on the cultural and entertainment consumption. Meanwhile, they have a set of strategy which could help them to balance their consumption desires and their ability to pay. In addition, they consume some kind of spiritual experience, not just the goods or services."Want but can’t get" is their psychological character in leisure life.Secondly, as a kind of social practice, the leisure lifestyle is an intermediary between Dagongmei’s action and social structure. Structural factors, including the urban-rural segmentation, the allocation of low-level service sector, the social space of underprivileged floating female, the urban-rural cultural differences, all shape Dagongmei’s leisure lifestyle. At the same time, as the subject of social action, in the course of flowing into the city and entering into service sector, Dagongmei continually make reasonable choice and reflective adjustment, thus forming their action logic in leisure life.Thirdly, the reproduction of bottom position is the "unintended consequences" of Dagongmei’s leisure life practice. In the process of cultural competence acquisition and cultural consumption behavior, Dagongmei did not accumulate enough "cultural resource" which could promote their upward mobility. In the meantime, they strengthen the cognition of the rules which they have to face in the urban leisure life and constantly reconfirm their underclass identity. Therefore, Dagongmei’s group structure is more solidified.
