A Comparative Analysis Of University Basketball Association Operational System Between Mainland China And Chinese

University Basketball Association plays an important role in national sports development. By adopting the operational system of American Sports Association, being founded in1987, Chinese Taipei University Basketball Association (henceforth UBA) has developed for nearly20years and has reached prominent achievements. However, more than10years after Chinese University Basketball Association (henceforth CUBA) is founded, it’s still within the premature stage of development by observing many factors rooted in the current CUBA operational system that pose potential impediments to the development of the association. On the similar basis of cultural experiences and managerial tenets between Chinese Taipei and China, a comparative analysis of the operational systems between UBA and CUBA could shed a new light on the development of CUBA.On the management and education theoretical basis, through empirical survey, existing literature reviews and comprehensive logical analysis, this paper analyzes the key factors which actually impact the operational system of University Basketball Association in general. Finally this paper explores and proposes efficient channels and suggestions for a well-established and high level operational system of Basketball Association.
