With continuous advancement of society,people's cultural requirements are constantly improving.China's sports industry has also entered a stage of rapid development.At this stage,the general public's attention to exercise and physical fitness has gradually increased.People developed a good habit of strengthening physical exercise,so the number of people engaged in physical exercise is also increasing year by year.In 2014,the State Council issued the Document No.46 named Some Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption,pointing out that it is necessary to enhance people's awareness of physical exercise so that they can scientifically and theoretically exercise with systematically all-round learning.So this concept has risen to the strategic level of the country." It is for these reasons that it is very urgent and necessary to train a group of high level professional sports talents.In 2013,the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee decided to authorize Harbin Institute of Physical Education to establish a research station at post-doctoral level.This is the only post-doctoral workstation in the field of scientific research in winter sports in China.At the beginning of 2019,Harbin Institute of Physical Education successfully applied for a doctoral degree in physical education,and completed the recruitment of the first batch of doctoral students in May of the same year.It was named a dark horse,one of the most potential college of sports colleges in 2019 by Sports World magazine.Therefore,it is particularly important and crucial to link the undergraduate education between undergraduate education and doctoral education.At present,there are many researches on the master's degree of physical education in various colleges and universities in China.However,these studies mainly focus on the comparison between professional colleges of the same nature and the setting of courses.There is relatively little comparison of talent training models.At the same time,there are no independent professional sports colleges in foreign countries,most of which are sportscolleges established in the comprehensive universities or sports clubs organized by people from all walks of life in the government.Therefore,in British education environment system under the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China,the special factors of colleges and universities are particularly prominent,and they have the significance of comparison and research of talent training models.This study compares and analyzes the resource elements under the operation of the Master of Physical Education in Harbin Institute of Physical Education and the Hong Kong Institute of Physical Education,and uses the methods of literature,observation,mathematical statistics and questionnaires,and expert interviews to conduct data analysis,and collecting the integration and summary.Finally the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After comparing the training objectives,it is found that the two schools are basically similar in the process of cultivating talents,but there are considerable differences in their respective focuses.The Hong Kong Sports Institute emphasizes the study and application of research methods.It is hoped that students will generally improve their literacy and ultimately export higher-level talents to the society.Harbin Institute of Physical Education requires students to have a high level of ideological and political literacy,and to be more detailed and comprehensive in cultivating students' ideological awareness and social morality.(2)There are certain differences between the two schools in the choice of training methods.First of all,it is reflected in the enrollment plan and scale: under the indicators set by the Ministry of Education,Harbin Institute of Physical Education is mainly to train full-time students.The number of graduate students admitted in the past three years is: 150 in 2017,165 in 2018,and 300 in 2019.The Hong Kong Sports Institute mainly recruited part-time personnel from different cultural backgrounds and at different levels in the community.The number of students enrolled in the past three years was 16 in 2017,12 in 2018,and 20 in 2019.Secondly,the overall comparison leads to the conclusion that the former is more time-sensitivethan the latter,the cultivation method and the cultivation process are more complicated,while the latter has a more flexible high-level training method,which enables students to be academically innovative.There is greater autonomy and freedom in the selection of courses.(3)In terms of training programs,there is a big difference between the two schools.First,the proportion of student compulsory courses at Harbin Institute of Physical Education is 61%,while elective courses account for only 12%.The Hong Kong Institute of Physical Education electives account for 58%.Most of the courses have higher credits,and the curriculum is designed to enhance the autonomy of students with more elective courses.At the same time,the elective rate of elective courses is counted.It finds out that the hobbies and interests of students are under different individuals,and therefore laying a foundation for the investigation of the subsequent advantages of talents,striving to enhance the comprehensiveness of the personnel training program.(4)In terms of quality evaluation,the two schools are basically consistent.Harbin Institute of Physical Education attaches more importance to summative evaluation and consideration of formative evaluation,while Hong Kong Sports Institute pays more attention to formative evaluation.(5)The two schools have their own advantages and characteristics in cultivating master's talents,but they should also be measured according to different social systems,the degree of economic development,whether they have a multicultural background,and the degree of development of cultural soft power so as to investigate and choose the ways and methods that are most conducive to talent output.In fact,schools should take the development of students' careers in line with the laws of social development,and look forward to the best solutions for cultivating compound talents while facing the weaknesses in the cultivation process.In addition,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is deeply influenced by the British educational ideology.It has advanced international experience in talent training,first-class schoolfacilities,a sound talent training system and excellent reserve talents.Therefore,in the subsequent master's training mode,Harbin Institute of Physical Education should draw heavily on the training mode of the Hong Kong Sports Institute,strive to be in line with international education,and cultivate more high-level professional talents.
