At present, there is a problem in teenager moral cultivation, which shows as moral behavior, mainly focus on the lack of self-love, integrity, esteem and discipline. In this paper, using the method of literature and questionnaire survey, and combining the influencing factors of teenager moral cultivation, taking advantageous growth measures, supporting to build the stable morality and perfect personality for teenagers.This topic carries on a research from4factors mainly. Firstly, starting with virtue and virtue cultivation education of Chinese and Western, the author made a clear definition. Secondly, the author analyzed the influencing factors that teenager’s character cultivated from promoted and obstructed. The external factors mainly include three faces:family, school and society. With analyzing survey questionnaire on the teenager’s character, the study goes on and summarize three external environmental factors influenced.Thirdly, analyzed the school factor importantly and managed from the campus culture, academics course and school managed respectively. Finally, with analyzing the concept, teenager impacted factor, the author made a conclusion of the measure that promoted them to improve the virtue, the academic courses should contact and match with new course reform, making the scene teaching integrate into the courses. school-to-house combines change education form, value the teacher’s character development. Enhanced to build up campus multi-media platform, carried on to categorize model evaluation, setting up student’s model to represent and building up the virtuous amount of teenager to turn to measure to review standard. To society, setting up to share morals social medium, guiding a teenager to make cautious morals judgment, payying attention to a citizen morals behavior norm, promoting the virtuous sexual behavior of teenager self-conscious.Therefore, the conclusion of this topic then wants a parent to raise he or she’s morals consciousness and character to fix for, change to force means, treat a kid to want still to respect;Strengthen management in the school and cultural construction, paying attention to a teacher the teacher is virtuous and occupation morals development, can the character of correct guide teenager become;Have direct to enforce the law the section and culture publicity organization of power have to guide a society development direction, help a teenager’s formation correct value, strengthen to take charge of, just to guide.This research has two innovative points. One is to find out the concepts of morality and moral cultivation. The other point is to make the standard system of self-assessment and evaluation of others for teenager moral behavior.
