In fast-transforming China in the twentieth century, with the reform and opening up to the outside world, the development of socialist market economy and the tendencies of globalization, internationalism and networking, a series of social changes and deep transformation have occurred in China, especially in morality. Whether contemporary university education can comply with this moral transformation to quickly establish the moral position and mission of college education in moral transformation determines the success of socialism.Thorough social transformation originates from the adjustment of interest subjects, whose changes will definitely cause deep fission of political structure, economic institution and cultural situation. Any cause in politics, economy and culture can lead to great shock in moral society. With further development of economic system, world integration process and scientific institutions, many aspects of college students will be changed accordingly, such as life style, behavior style, consumption pattern, fortune conception, working style, living status and moral conception; as a result, college moral education must give positive response to these shocks.College education can strengthen the corroboration, extrapolation, realization and practice of citizens' conscience in theory. Contemporary moral transformation is definitely the continuation of historical moral changes, not based on complete negation. Contemporary college moral education must get moral education out of difficulty, erase the blind spots of contemporary college moral education, completely change the education model of "mechanic reception" and comprehensively enhance the capacity of college moral education, by combining present moral transformation and the demands of equality, main subjects, contract, responsibility and ecology. In general, college moral education in China must solve the three problems: (1) internationalization of China's morality; (2) modernization of traditional morality; (3) rigid morality shall be adjusted to reality and life.Contemporary college education must go out of "the isolated island", give prominence to the main role of college students, return to life world, inherit domestic and foreign moral tradition and carry out the education concept of responsibility and norms; at the same time, it should finally form a kind of comprehensive greater eco-ethics, by making college students face directly conflicts of different cultures, collision of values and puzzles of moral choice, meeting the challenges of scientific values, network morality, economic ethics, moral psychology and shaping perfect personal characters through self-awareness, self return of emotion, rationality and passion. Only in this way, can we resist western cultural imperialism and western-orientated culture, carry forward fine culture of Chinese people and foster talents for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
