With the rapid development of our economy, the service industry gains more andmore important position in the national economy. Sport fitness club as a typical ofservice industry also has rapid development with the elevation of people’sconsumption level and fitness aware. And the service quality of the club has been thedevelopment key to its success. Facing the fierce competition of the fitness clubmarket, this research comprehensive analysis the service quality of the fitness clubthrough the service quality evaluation model. The research provides guidance for theservice innovation design of the fitness club, and improves the fitness club servicecompetitiveness.In this study, DL fitness club as the research object. And the research was carriedout by using literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematicalstatistics, interviews and other methods. The research classifies the service content ofDL fitness club and analyses the gap between the club’s service quality in combinationwith the KANO model and PZB model. According to the design of service innovation,it improves the DL fitness club’s service quality.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of DL fitness club and thecurrently existing problems in the service quality management. Secondly, it constructsthe framework of the DL fitness club service quality analysis, including classificationon club service quality content in using of KANO questionnaire and analysis of theservice quality gap by PZB model. Then it can be concluded that the conclusion of theDL fitness club service quality. Finally, this study designs the service innovation fromthe service blueprint, standardized service, customized service and self-service. At thesame time it proposes some advices. The research is summarized and prospected atlast.Service innovation is the key to success for each service enterprise. Scientificand effective evaluation system of service quality, are the basis for service innovationdesign. How to evaluate the service quality of each enterprise effectively, and improve service quality continuously is the key to service quality management. According tothe analysis of this paper, combined with KANO model and PZB model can be morescientific and effective in the evaluation of the DL fitness club’s service quality. It canimprove the level of service quality by the design of service innovation.
