Research On The Satisfaction Of Community Sports Public Service In Qixia District Of Nanjing City Based On KANO Model

Public sports services are closely related to the lives of the public.They are the basis for promoting the coordinated development of sports and an important guarantee for achieving a sports power.However,in the process of supplying sports public services,the public as the demand side with the government,society and other suppliers have conflicts in public satisfaction and service costs.From the perspective of residents,they hope to provide more public sports services to meet their own needs,and their satisfaction will also increase;but from the perspective of the supplier,personalized and precise service supply is inevitable.Greater capital investment will undoubtedly increase the financial burden.Therefore,it is necessary to find a solution that can balance the contradictions in the process of service supply in order to provide a reference for the effective use of public resources.Based on the theory of charm quality and the analysis method of KANO model,this study based on the community sports public service satisfaction in Qixia District of Nanjing City,the community sports public service satisfaction questionnaire based on the KANO model was prepared,and after the project analysis and exploratory analysis of the initial questionnaire according to the measurement criteria,some questionnaire questions were deleted to form a formal questionnaire.Through the investigation of the satisfaction of community sports public service in Qixia District of Nanjing,the present situation of community sports public service and the satisfaction of residents are studied,the service items affecting the improvement and reduction of dissatisfaction are found,and the attributes of each sports public service item are divided,on the basis of the attribute division,the Better-Worse coefficient of each service is calculated,the priority content of sports public service items is determined,and the theoretical basis is expected to be provided for the effective supply of sports public service in relevant departments.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:First,community residents have different satisfaction with different items of public sports services.Community residents have the lowest level of satisfaction with the service dimension of sports organizations,and the highest level of satisfaction with the service dimension of sports facilities.They also have higher levels of service for sports guidance,sports activities,physical fitness monitoring,and sports information.Dependence.Second,according to the KANO evaluation table,26 sports public services were divided into levels of needs,and a total of 9 essential attribute services,3 expected attribute services and 9 attractive attributes were obtained.Among them,in the six dimensions,the sports guidance service is the necessary attribute service,the sports organization service is the expected attribute service,and the sports facilities,activities,information and physical fitness testing services are all attractive attribute services.Third,community sports public service residents' satisfaction has no significant difference in gender,age,education level,occupation and income variables.However,it differs from the overall level of satisfaction.Fourth,the priority content of community sports public service is different in different genders,different ages,different occupations,different levels of education and different income levels.
