With the continuous development of the economy and society,as well as the improvement of people’s living standards,national fitness has become an indispensable demand.However,the mismatch between the provision of national fitness public services and the needs of residents is becoming more and more prominent.In the rapidly developing Shandong Province,residents have increasingly higher requirements for national fitness public services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to understand the satisfaction of residents in Shandong Province with national fitness public services.The focus of this study is on the national fitness public service in Shandong Province,and the survey subjects are residents of Shandong Province aged 18 years and above.This study uses the theoretical results of customer satisfaction theory and Kano-IPA model,and applies the model and theory to the evaluation of national fitness public service satisfaction.In this study,the literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method were used to construct the satisfaction evaluation index of public fitness service in Shandong Province by combining the characteristics of public fitness services in Shandong Province,and the factors affecting satisfaction were improved and prioritized.This provides a reference for the government and social organizations to optimize the allocation of public fitness resources and promote the sustainable development of the national fitness strategy.Based on the customer satisfaction theory,this study uses the Kano-IPA model to construct a suitable evaluation index for the quality of national fitness public services in Shandong Province,and on this basis,the quality of national fitness public services in Shandong Province is evaluated and the priority order of improvement is determined,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on Kano-IPA analysis method,the index system of national fitness public service satisfaction evaluation in Shandong Province was constructed,which includes a total of 8 secondary dimensions and 38 third-level dimensions,including the evaluation and research results of existing experts on national fitness public service,and providing reference for subsequent national fitness public service satisfaction research.(2)The elements that urgently need to be improved in the research on the satisfaction of national fitness public services in Shandong Province are divided into five aspects:sports events,sports culture,supervision feedback,fitness services,and sports information,among which sports events urgently need to solve the frequency and effect of events;In terms of sports culture,there is an urgent need to solve the problem of publicity coverage and the number of products sold;In terms of supervision and feedback,it is urgent to solve the problem of channel smoothness,feedback timeliness and system completeness;There is an urgent need to address effectiveness in sports services;In terms of sports information,there is an urgent need to solve the problem of content intuitiveness.(3)Put forward the strategy of improving the satisfaction of national fitness public services in Shandong Province,mainly including(1)In terms of sports events,avoid the idea of "heavy business",build a commercial promotion platform for sports event brands,avoid single thinking,and create a convenient,efficient and thoughtful service system.(2)In terms of sports culture,create a new form of Chinese sports culture with the characteristics of the times,strengthen the publicity of sports culture,and improve cultural popularity.(3)In terms of fitness services,establish a fair system for bidding and bidding for sports services,improve the professionalism of services,stimulate the materialization of all kinds of sports organizations in society,and improve the service level and ability.(4)In terms of sports information,use Internet technology to strengthen information feedback,analysis and integration,optimize information presentation methods,and improve the readability and attractiveness of information.(5)In terms of supervision and feedback,establish a supervision system that combines "internal + external",and establish a fair supervision and feedback platform for the public. |
