To Built The Standardized Training Mode Of The Clinical Ability With Undergraduate Nursing Student Based On OSCE

[Objective] With the minimum standard of global medical education2001as criterion，taking the foreign and domestic literatures and the First Affiliated Hospital of DalianMedical University as basis，To built the clinical ability with undergraduate nursingstudent by Delphy method.To built the standardized training mode of the clinical abilitywith undergraduate nursing student based on OSCE by this as the basise；applying thistraining mode to train the clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students， in order toimprove clinical ability of nursing student，and to prmote the standardized trainingmode of the clinical ability with undergraduate nursing student with the development ofstandardization.[Method]To built the clinical ability with undergraduate nursing student by Delphymethod，applying this training mode to train the clinical ability of undergraduate nursingstudents，in order to improve clinical ability of nursing student.To evalue this model bythe random control experiment research method，the sixty-four nursing students in thethe First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University are randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group， and each group of32people；The experimentalgroup is training for this mode， and the control group the traditional training mode；before training and after training， the clinical ability of the sixty-four nursing studentsare assessed by OSCE，and the results are statistically analyzed.[Result]This clinical ability evaluation table is drawn up by Delphy method，the firstresult shows that the total recognition rate is84.57%、the mean is4.4851、the out ofratio is0.7000and the coefficient of variation is between1.01%and22.87%，showingthat the result is poor；The second result shows that the total recognition rate is84.57%、the mean is4.8214、the out of ratio is0.8524and the coefficient of variation is between1.01%and4.41%assignment，showing that the result is concordant； The clinical ability of the sixty-four nursing students are assessed by OSCE before the training， thedata shows that the experimental group and the control group had no significantdifference in clinical ability(P <0.05)；After the training，the data shows that theexperimental group and the control group had significant difference in clinical ability(P<0.05)，indicating that this training model can greatly improve the clinical ability of thenursing students.[Conclusion]This clinical ability evaluation table is integrated、 achieved andreasonable；And to built the standardized training mode of the clinical ability withundergraduate nursing student by this table；Applying this training mode to train theclinical ability of undergraduate nursing students，the clinical ability of the nursingstudents are assessed by OSCE and greatly improved by this training mode，and weshould apply this mode in the futrue.
