The teachers of social work in colleges and universities are the main body to promote the development of social work education,which directly affects the construction and development of social workers in China.In recent years,the number of vulnerable groups,mentally handicapped groups and family economically disadvantaged groups in various social sectors has increased,but the clinical and professional assistance from social work institutions is lacking.Social work teachers in colleges and universities act as the important force of the organization has gradually become an important subject of participation in social governance in the context of social restructuring and the transformation of government functions.This article takes the rational emotion workshop as an example,and takes the professional clinical skills training as the research object for the development of the social work teacher's ability in colleges and universities.Through interviews,questionnaires,and the related data collected and collected by the author,it is found that such training is for the college society.The ability of the work teacher has a relatively obvious improvement effect.It is mainly reflected in three levels: First,the improvement of teaching ability is mainly reflected in the enhancement of teachers' professional knowledge level,the supplementation of teaching subject and cutting-edge knowledge,the classroom design can be more close to the students' psychology,and the teaching concept has been obtained.The update,through enriching the form of class,further enhances the quality of teaching;secondly,the improvement of practical operation ability is mainly reflected in the ability of social work teachers to contact the case in the process of carrying out the practice,the ability to grasp the core work,and the practical plan in the early stage.Both the design and the later completion of the case can become more flexible and the ability to control the overall situation becomes stronger.Third,the improvement of scientific research capabilities is mainly reflected in its broadening of research horizons and research fields,the ability to detect problems more acutely,and the improvement of coordination in teaching and research.At the same time,the collection of service objects in the process of conducting practical work.The accuracy and efficiency of the work have also been improved,which has ultimately improved scientific research output and promoted professional development.In view of the conclusion of the study,the author mainly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the organizers,the competent departments of education and the social workers themselves,hoping that it can help to improve the long-term efficiency and pertinence of the training of professional social work teachers in the future,and provide a reference for the future training organizers to design a set of effective training forms for professional social work teachers.
