With the continuous development of education’s information, and theapplication of information technology in education teaching becomes more andmore widely,education technical ability has become a compulsory course ofteacher training.However, in the current environment, education technical abilityis restricted by subjective and objective factors, the practical process of it has avariety of serious problems, and the traditional teaching mode has been unableto adapt to the modern teaching needs.The Information age requires new andadapted way of teaching, education technical ability not only has influence tothe teachers’ professional development, it also affects the teaching quality andteaching effect. This research take the university teachers as objects,in order todo the effective empirical research about their ability of educationtechnology.Through a big variety of documentary analysis, survey and fieldobservation, analyzing the current existing problems, and find out the factorsinfluencing university teachers’ education technical ability.To review universityteachers’ education technical ability, strive to improve the application ofuniversity teachers’ education technique ability, effectively promote thedevelopment of teachers’ information in a effective way.This research content isas follows:The first chapter, introduction. This chapter mainly elaborates the reasons ofselected topic in the research, illustrating the meaning and purpose of thisstudy,deciding the study design,and putting forward the research methods. therelevant theoretical basis. This part mainly introduces some concepts related tothis research, which includes TPACK, education technical ability, teachers’professional development, adult learning theory, and experience circle learningtheory.The second chapter, literature review. This chapter expounds two aspects, first,the research status of TPACK theory, Second, the domestic and internationalresearch status on university teachers’ education technical skills.The third chapter, the present situation investigation and the analysis about th e university teacher education technical ability,which is under the perspective ofTPACK. This part is the overall analysis, finding out the main factorsinfluencing the university teacher education technical ability.The fourth chapter, This part is the detail analysis, analysis the weakness ofcollege teachers’methodology.The fifth chapter, university teachers’ education technical ability trainingprograms,which is based on the perspective of TPACK. This chapter mainlycombines the analysis of the fourth chapter and the teachers’ training needs,developing a suitable college teachers education technical ability trainingprograms for the present situation.The sixth chapter, summary and reflection, mainly discussing the deficiency ofthis paper.
