University Teachers' Education Technology Training Effect Evaluation Research

As the National Higher Education Department in Ministry of Education decided to develop university teachers’training on educational technology since2001, university teachers’training on educational technology gets more and more attention. The effect evaluation of educational technology training of the high school teachers,being the last step of training system,will be the key of measuring whether or not to achieve the aim,the method is suitable and the content of the training is right. It’s the conclusion of the present training activity and also an important guide to the next training activity.Therefore,composing a scientific and reasonable effect evaluation system of university teachers’training on educational technology will play an important role to ensure the quality and benefit of the training.This paper investigates the current situation of the effect evaluation of university teachers’training on educational technology and analyzes its deficiency.The paper based on training evaluation theory,adult learning theory and transfer of training theory tries to make an exploration to present muti-appraisers of the effect evaluation of university teachers’training on educational technology and its model of opration,and choose proper methods.Based on the Kirkpatrick’s four-level model of training evaluation,the paper adopts Deiphi to choose evaluation indicators and compose a evaluation indicator system includong four first-grade indicators,ten second-grade indicators and thirty-two third-grade indicators.This paper applies AHP to calculate the proportion of each indicator and use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to determine the evaluation process and designs the support system of the evaluation to construct a perfect evaluation system.This paper is expected to offer some valuable references to improve the situation of the evaluation of university teachers’training effect on educational technology.
