The Study Of Constructing University Teachers' Education Technology Training System

Currently, being provided with accomplishment of education technology which is suitable for the times has become the basic diathesis for all teaching stuff, especially the teachers in institutions of higher learning. On the one hand, it is the essential condition for the teachers in informational times to accomplish teaching activity, and on the other hand, it is also an important method to promote educational revolution and educational informatization. Therefore, how to promote and reinforce the training of teachers'education technical accomplishment, construct reasonable university teachers'education technology training system, and actualize effective education technology training has become an important topic of current study in the field of education.In the paper, the significant meaning of education technology training to teaching of university teachers and further development was primarily introduced, and literature approach, interview approach, observation method, and works analysis were applied. Investigates were conducted in the actuality of teachers'education technology training in universities, such as Changchun University of Technology. The investigates reflected problems, such as choosing and utilizing of content of training, the renewal and improvement of the mode of training, and the construction of training estimating system. Focusing on the problems and based on the summarizing a great deal of references, analysis was made carefully and relevant countermeasures of constructing perfect education technology training system for university teacher were put forward. These would give a model advice on university teachers'education technology training.
