Senior high schools haveachieved their diversification in school system, course teaching and appointmentsystem for teachers.The diversification reform of public ordinary senior high school in Japan is part ofthe Neo Liberalism education reform, which adapted to economic and socialdevelopment and changes,also pursued the eiffciency, and abandoned the balancededucation.From the diversification reform of public ordinary senior high school inTokyo,we can find that the Japanese education,which characterized by educationequity and balanced developed, has been changed atfer the second World War.
