Since the 21 st century,countries all over the world have focused on the cultivation of core literacy,focusing on the cultivation of students' essential qualities and key abilities that can adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development.In2016,China issued The Core Literacy of Chinese Student Development,emphasizing the cultivation of all-round development,and further proposing specific performance requirements of students in each study period according to the characteristics of students' age.The education stage of ordinary senior high school is the key period for students' ability development and personality shaping.It not only connects compulsory education and higher education,but also connects the educational world,professional world and social life.It plays a connecting role in talent training and lays a foundation for students' lifelong development.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate students' core accomplishment in senior high school.First of all,this study summarizes the research background and significance of the transformation of education mode in ordinary high schools from the perspective of core literacy,and summarizes the status of the transformation of education mode of core literacy in ordinary high schools at home and abroad.Based on yan 'an ordinary high school as an example in investigation and study,the author thought that,in the core literacy horizon,way yan 'an ordinary high school education has a certain degree of change,but in a lot of problems exist in the process of this transformation,causes of the problems with multiple aspects,need to take effective measures to further accelerate the speed of change.Secondly,this study found that Yan 'an ordinary senior high school has actively carried out moral education courses,comprehensive practical activities courses,labor education and other courses to promote students' all-round development.In the aspect of teaching and educating,modern media is actively used in teaching.In the aspect of evaluation and education,attention has been paid to the process of evaluation.But it is not hard to find,the yan 'an in ordinary high school education in the process of the change of the pattern is still exist many problems,main show is in the optional course content single,backward teaching concept,traditional evaluation thought curing,the lack of teachers lack of innovation and characteristic development backwardness,schools,etc.,this to a certain extent affect the cultivation of high school students are the core.Thirdly,on the basis of investigation and interview,this study conducts attribution analysis on the problems existing in the transformation of educational mode in ordinary high schools in Yan 'an,mainly including the following three aspects: first,schools are not active in the transformation of educational mode;Second,the teachers' consciousness of changing the way of education is weak;Third,the government's support for the transformation of educational methods is insufficient.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the factors hindering the transformation of education mode in ordinary high schools in Yan 'an,according to the core literacy and other relevant theories,this study puts forward the strategies to further accelerate the transformation of education mode in ordinary high schools in Yan 'an as follows: First,schools should actively change the concept of education and clarify the orientation of core literacy;Second,teachers improve the awareness of transformation and education,and promote the root of core literacy;Third,the government should give effective support to speed up the transformation of education methods in ordinary senior high schools.
