The rapid development of information technology for people to create a digital,information-based living environment. IT environment will naturally become the newcentury students living and learning environment, but also become a new moraleducation environment. Moral educator should advance with the times, in basis of thetraditional model; look forward to the application of modern educational technologyto promote primary moral prospects, and combine with practical, bold innovation,exploring new ways moral education, and to design new moral education.Based on this reality needs, the author with her own practices in Moralityeducation, standing in the perspective of a moral educator, with the support ofmodern educational technology has operated conduct research for elementary moralityeducation. In this paper, a lot of reading research theoretical and academicmonographs, based on modern educational technology to support the teachingmethods of the sort and analysis, from the schools, students and parents reality, collateand summarize applicable to the current primary school moral education work meansof information technology; would IT environment with traditional moral educationfor elementary and the moral way to compare, analyze and summarize the applicationof modern educational technology to carry out moral strengths and weaknesses;combined with my practical moral education, on the application of modern Moraleducation technology advancing primary empirical analysis and summary.This article is based on the application of modern teaching technology-relatededucational theory, moral education reform and school management and classroommanagement, as well as the work mode and moral teaching of moral conduct mode.Modern educational technology uses the maps, text, and sound, images, which presentthe display in front of students dynamically and directly. Through the use of moderntechnology to carry out moral education activities, clichés become the pleasantparticipation which helps the students to be inspired by education. Students’participation makes the education mode more active, compared to the old style, whichenhance the effectiveness of moral education in schools.
