| Breaking the original display mode, the new chemistry textbooks of seniorhigh school present in modules, and cover much more knowledge than the previous ones. Thenumber of books has increased from the original three books to eight books. However, theeffective teaching time doesn’t increase. What’s more, teachers don’t have a thoroughunderstanding of the spirit of the new round curriculum reform, so flashy classes without anygain exist seriously. Basing on this background, the writer tries integrating theteaching content with academic thinking method, organize class activities centered on coreknowledge, and develop the ability of chemistry to construct efficient chemistry class so as toimprove the efficiency of chemistry classes.This essay is divided into five parts to expound the methods and strategies of buildingefficient chemistry classroom.The first part: According to the analysis of the investigation on the status of the middleschool chemistry teaching in Yibin, there exist some problems such as the impertinence of theteachers’ construction, backward teaching concepts, low efficiency of teaching, and theoverweight burden on teachers and students and so on.The second part: This part deals with how to clear the subject understanding obstacles,how to integrate, select, and reorganize teaching content with acdemic thinking method, andhow to determine the primary and secondary of teaching according to the classificationrequests of knowledge and the ability of the subject which must promote the new curriculum reform.The third part: It talks about constructing the effective teaching mode. Through thecomparison of several teaching mode, we propose the “whole–part–whole†teaching mode.We provide specific examples of integrating the knowledge and ability in chemistrycompulsory Book One and Two to illustrate how to make it practical.The fourth part: Through investigation and observation, the writer analyzes the changesof teachers’ teaching behavior and the learning styles of students under the new teaching modeand gives a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching.The fifth part: Discussions about the problems and prospects of the future. It discussesthe problems—how to improve the class efficiency in teaching and the prospects of theimplementation of the new curriculum. |
