The primary school stage is the key period of the students' development.After the core accomplishment is put forward,the teacher is the core of the final implementation and transformation of the reform,and its teaching transformation ability directly affects the cultivation of the students' core accomplishment.On the basis of curriculum level theory,knowledge transformation theory and teacher professional development theory,the teaching transformation ability of primary school teachers based on subject core accomplishment is the ability of teachers to cultivate primary school students' subject core accomplishment.The three-stage nine-dimensional model system of teachers' teaching transformation ability is presented.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview to investigate the present situation,it is found that teachers' comprehensive consideration of literacy is not good,formal orientation still exists in classroom teaching,and the solidified mode of thinking is still prominent.This mainly comes from three reasons: first,the mechanism guarantee distortion,lack of clear value norms;second,the absence of school guidance,difficult to form a culture of teaching transformation;third,lack of independent action,bound teachers to consciously develop.In contrast,there are three ways to improve: first,to improve the normal mechanism,to ensure that literacy falls to the ground,specifically through speeding up the implementation of the primary school core literacy system,improve the training mechanism for teaching transformation ability,enhance the depth of the implementation of literacy inspection;second,to strengthen school guidance,the formation of teaching transformation culture,specifically through the school-oriented optimization of teacher transformation activities,the establishment of literacy-oriented "teacher community,reasonable" burden reduction and energy "to promote the implementation of literacy three aspects;Third,awaken teachers consciousness,actively realize the ability to improve,specifically through the renewal of literacy-based teaching concept,strengthen meaning construction to promote independent development,active dialogue and cooperation to enhance practical innovation three aspects to achieve.
