The research results as following:Firstly, primary relationship is the main part of the migrant social network, non-genetic relationship play different roles in different resettlement environment. Network data and the different practice of reconstructing social networks show the importance of primary relationship, it’s reflected in the proportion in network and the choice of migrants, it’s the foundation of migrants’ social networks. Primary relationship is an important group to gain resources to migrants. But migrate made the migrants’society network opened, lead problem more uncertainty than before. The role of non-genetic relationship is more important than the earlier, it gives more support to emi-acquaintance society.Secondly, resettlement conditions affect the quantity and richness of social resources, it makes migrants adapt different. The migrant which resettled in emi-acquaintance has large-scale network and low homogeneity, they can obtain more resources so that showed a higher adaptability in living, interpersonal relationship and psychological.Thirdly, the practice of reconstructing social networks is the inheritance and development of "pattern of difference sequence". Maintaining, expanding and diversified of social network helped migrants adapt the resettlement environment. In the practice of reconstructing social networks migrants who are considered the most is still the kinship and geopolitical relations, centering on the individual from inside to outside, from intimate to unfamiliar. But the maintaining, expanding and diversified of social network made the migrants which resettled in emi-acquaintance society get more resources when they asking for help, and problems dealing and solving. It made them more successful to deal with difficulties and have more psychological identification and the sense of belonging to resettlement environment, it also made them have a higher adaptability.
