A Game Study On The Evolution Of The Medical Network Consensus Based On Social Network Analysis

The rapid development of the Internet has brought about great changes in the way of public life and production.With the popularity of Internet platforms,medical and health incidents have attracted public attention and even been pushed to the forefront of public opinion for many times.Effective management and guidance of online public opinions on such topics are conducive to maintaining social harmony and stability and building a good public opinion environment for the reform and development of relevant systems in China.Therefore,the research on the evolution process of online public opinions related to medicine,the relationship between participants and participants,and the behavioral strategies of participants is not only of academic research value,but also can provide new ideas for relevant government departments and medical and health institutions to better respond to medical themed online public opinions.This paper firstly sorts out the domestic and foreign research status and relevant theories of medical network public opinion,social network analysis and evolutionary game theory at home and abroad,and summarizes the concept and characteristics of medical network public opinion.Secondly,"yulin maternal falling from a building" in shaanxi province was selected as a case study,and sina weibo was used as the data source to collect relevant information of the participants in online public opinions related to medicine.The social network analysis method is used to explore the main participants in public opinion and their existing relations from multiple aspects.At the same time,it also reflects the network structure characteristics of medical network public opinion.On this basis,the author introduced evolvement blog public opinion and studied the behavior strategies of multiple participants in various stages of evolvement of medical network public opinion.Finally,on the basis of the relationship between the participants of medical network public opinion and the regulation of the main factors affecting the behavior of the participants,and specific opinions are put forward from the perspective of each participant,so as to guide the positive development of online public opinions concerning medical treatment.
