Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Mass Sport Primary Modernization In Suzhou

The Mass Sport is an important part of social undertakings. Therefore, how to adapt itto the rhythm of modernization and the various social undertakings step by step and how toapply it to make due contributions to Suzhou Modernization are the urgent tasks that weare facing. This study, based on the social sports science and sports modern theories, hasresearched on Suzhou modern implementation of the current situation and developmentcountermeasures using the Literature Method, Interviews Method, Logical Analysis andMathematical Analysis in consistence with " Suzhou Sports fundamental goal ofmodernization system and evaluation criteria " developed in Suzhou City, a modern sports-related indicators, Jiangsu Province Sports modernization pilot cities-Suzhou City, thedevelopment of mass sports basic modernization analyzed the current situation anddevelopment according to the stocktaking problems still exist in the process and putsforward relevant development measures, with a view to accelerate the Suzhou Sportsmarching pace of modernization. Meanwhile, it surveyed Mass Sports in the economicallydeveloped cities of Suzhou which provides a reference for economically developed areaswith modern development of mass sports and promotes some theoretical and practicalsignificance for the early realization of economically developed areas of modern masssport.The study is concluded as follows:（1）According to the basic modernization indicators stipulated in" Suzhou Sportsfundamental modernization implementation of views", combined with the status theSuzhou Mass Sports, by the end of2012, eight quantifiable indicators can be drawn intospecific values. In addition that the proportion of the various sports organizations andsports is below the standard, the other seven have reached or exceeded the standard value,namely: sports population and the proportion of the total population, the nationalconstitution pass rate, the number of instructors per million people have social, the city ’s per capita sports area, the number of high-level sports facilities, morning and eveningsports fitness point of geographical coverage, the city leading group fitness coverage.(2)Currently, Suzhou mass sports work has been basically achieved with the development ofthe municipal mass sports basic modernization Indicator stipulated in “Suzhou Sportsfundamental modernization implementation of views”. Therefore the standard is notsuitable to achieve the ideal standard of modern mass sports and the indicators need to berevised.（3）The Development Strategy of Mass Sports modernization in Suzhou are:improved with the implementation of timely goals, so that the pace of development ofmass sports standard dynamic upgrading and modernization consistent; increase the spaceand capital investment, improve site construction and management, and expand the masssports funding input channels, a diversified investment entity; strengthen co-management,attention to suburban counties in the planning process of urbanization, and strive forgreater policy support; support sports organization and management personnel, andencouraging the community to set up grass-roots sports organizations, focus onmanagement with team building, focus on social sports instructor, sports backbone,sports training volunteers and social advancement.
